REFUND & RETURN POLICY

PLEASE NOTE

We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


1. RETURNS

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  1. The product must be returned with all original parts, components, and packaging.

  2. The item must be in the same condition as received; damage caused by improper use is not accepted.

  3. Hygiene-sensitive products must be cleaned thoroughly before return.

  4. The product must have been defective upon receipt (if applicable).

  5. Shipping costs may be deducted or charged to the customer.

  6. Returns are processed within 7 working days after receipt and inspection.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if there is suspicion of use, damage, or misuse caused by the customer.


2. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Please include the following information:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the product (if damaged or defective)

  • Full name

  • Delivery address

After review, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

Do not send your return without receiving instructions first.

Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.


3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier) received the goods.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract via a clear statement (e.g. email to info@byshalondon.com).


4. PROCESSING OF REFUNDS

If your return is approved, we will refund all eligible payments received from you, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your return and withdrawal request.
